As of Jan 1, 2022, if you are self-pay (not billing insurance) you have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate (GFE) from our office which details your estimated cost of care. This estimate must be provided 72 hrs before your visit or up to 3 hrs before the visit if scheduled within the 72 hr window.
